Shipping Information

A bountiful blend of sweet and buttery corn and tender shrimp. Combined with fresh cream and cut potatoes.

GALLON (serves 12 - 15)
QUART (serves 3 - 4)

Prep: Let defrost in refrigerator overnight. If the product is still partially frozen, use the microwave to defrost the rest of the way. Defrost for 3 to 4 minutes, making sure to stir product in between. Remove Chowda or Bisque from container. Pour into your pot or crockpot.

Cooking: Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently to prevent burning, bringing to a soft boil.

Cook until internal temperature reaches a Minimum of 165 Degrees Fahrenheit.
